  • Analytics data collected through tools such as Google Analytics
  • Advertising and retargeting data collected through pixels such as the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, LinkedIn Insight Tag, or similar tools used for marketing and conversion tracking

2. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

We use cookies and similar technologies to operate and improve the Site, understand how visitors use it, and deliver and measure the performance of our advertising. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling cookies may affect the functionality of the Site. Where required by law, we will request your consent before placing non-essential cookies.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to:

  • Government authorities or other third parties when required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, property, or safety, or that of others
  • A successor entity in the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets

5. Data Retention

We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide our Services, comply with legal, tax, and accounting obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. When information is no longer needed, we take reasonable steps to delete or de-identify it.

6. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act ("CCPA"), gives you certain rights regarding your personal information, including the right to:

  • Limit the use of sensitive personal information (we do not use sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary to provide our Services)
  • Not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at ari@socialalchemy.co. We will verify your request and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may also designate an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf.
